EM27 Metadata Tests

These are the integrity tests that are conducted on the metadata files whenever they are loaded or the GitHub actions workflow is triggered:

Locations:

  • TOML format is valid
  • Values for lat/lng/alt are in a reasonable range

Sensors:

  • TOML format is valid
  • All dates exist
  • Time periods are ordered ascendingly
  • No overlapping time periods
  • All location IDs were specified in the “locations” section

Campaigns:

  • TOML format is valid
  • All dates exist
  • Start date before end date
  • No duplicate sensors/locations
  • All location IDs were specified in the “locations” section
  • All sensor IDs were specified in the “sensors” section

Events:

  • TOML format is valid
  • All dates exist
  • Start date before end date
  • All sensor IDs were specified in the “sensors” section
